Apex is our home base. We live here, so estimates get scheduled quickly and installs are not waiting on a drive across the county. We bring the box, the mounting hardware for your surface, and the plants. You do not measure anything and you do not make a trip to the hardware store.
Apex housing covers a lot of ground. The older homes around the Salem Street historic district often have wood trim and settled walls. Newer construction in Bella Casa and Salem Village is usually fiber cement or vinyl over framing we need to find properly. Every install comes with a complete architectural modification request package: product specs, installation details, and our contractor and insurance information. Boards usually approve on the first submission because nothing is missing from it.

Most Apex customers settle into four visits a year, one per season. Some do two or three instead, and that is fine. We plan around what your light and your exposure will actually support, then handle the swap and haul the old material away.
Refresh service works on any window box, including ones we didn't install. Yours stay full and looking their best all year.

Every planting is backed by our 30-day guarantee. If a plant doesn't make it within 30 days of your install or seasonal refresh, we replace it free. After that window, plants are living material affected by weather, pests, and watering, so ongoing care between visits is the homeowner's responsibility.
